Voge Launches SR4 Radar Scooter with Advanced Safety Features

Voge has introduced the SR4 Radar, a groundbreaking scooter that is set to revolutionize safety standards in urban and interurban mobility. This innovative model combines state-of-the-art engineering, sleek design, and high performance to ensure a safe and efficient riding experience.

The standout feature of the SR4 Radar is its Blind Spot Detection (BSD) system, which utilizes millimeter wave radar technology to continuously monitor the scooter’s rear environment. The system alerts the rider to the presence of other vehicles through an LED in the rearview mirrors, enhancing overall safety on the road.

In addition to the BSD system, Voge has integrated a collision alert system into the SR4 Radar. This system activates the intermittent brake light when a vehicle approaches rapidly, warning other drivers of the scooter’s presence. This feature, inspired by the 900DSX trail bike, sets the SR4 Radar apart in the maxiscooter segment.

Equipped with a 349.8 cc single-cylinder engine, the SR4 Radar delivers 34 HP at 7,500 rpm and a maximum torque of 35 Nm at 5,750 rpm. The scooter’s Traction Control System (TCS) ensures stable and confident riding, even on slippery surfaces, making it ideal for both urban commutes and longer journeys.

The SR4 Radar boasts an optimized chassis with a wheelbase of 1,565 mm and a 15-inch front wheel, providing smooth and balanced handling. The scooter’s Kayaba suspensions offer excellent comfort and absorption of road irregularities, further enhancing the riding experience.

In terms of braking, the SR4 Radar features a dual 265 mm front disc system with J.Juan four-piston radial calipers, dual-channel ABS, and an ESS emergency braking warning system. These components work together to provide precise and effective braking, minimizing risks in critical situations.

Beyond safety features, the SR4 Radar offers a range of comfort and technology enhancements, including wide-spectrum LED headlights, a 7-inch color TFT screen, an HD front camera, a keyless system, heated grips and seat, an electrically adjustable windshield, and a spacious 41-liter compartment.
