Warriors assistant coach Richard Agar is facing fines and a three-match ban after an altercation with a journalist at the NRL’s showpiece event in Las Vegas. The incident occurred earlier this month, where Agar allegedly grabbed the journalist by the throat.

The NRL has issued Agar with a breach notice and fined him $10,000, with half of the fine suspended pending any further offenses. In addition to the fine, Agar has been handed a three-match ban, meaning he will not be able to serve on Andrew Webster’s coaching staff for the upcoming clashes against the Sydney Roosters, West Tigers, and Melbourne.

This incident has caused a stir in the rugby league community, with many questioning Agar’s behavior and the consequences he now faces. It remains to be seen how this will impact the Warriors and their coaching staff moving forward. Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story.
